Adam S. Olsen
Adam S. Olsen has spent his entire professional career in Washington, DC working in Democratic politics.
Mr. Olsen joined the Integrated Solutions Group (ISG) in August of 2007 and serves as the firm’s Managing Director. Mr. Olsen represents the firm’s clients before House Democrats with an emphasis on the Energy and Commerce and the Ways and Means Committees and his clients include Fortune 500 energy companies, trade associations and hedge funds. In addition, Mr. Olsen represented numerous clients of Omnicom owned firms The Washington Group in 2007-2008 and Clark & Weinstock in 2009 when ISG had a partnership with those firms.
Mr. Olsen worked for House Democratic Leader Richard A. Gephardt for six years from 1998-2004 serving as Deputy National Finance Director. During his tenure, he was a co manager of Leader Gephardt’s fundraising for his re-election committee, his Leadership PAC- the Effective Government Committee, and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), raising over $250,000,000 for the combined effort. In addition, Mr. Olsen was involved with helping to raise money for numerous candidates for the House of Representatives and for incumbent Members of Congress. During 2003-2004 Mr. Olsen helped coordinate all of Leader Gephardt’s national fundraising for Gephardt for President in an effort that raised almost $20,000,000.
From 2004-2007 Mr. Olsen owned and managed Barnegat Group, LLC which included as clients the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative, America Coming Together which was the largest 527 group in 2004, New House PAC and several successful business development projects.
Mr. Olsen remains active with the DCCC as a member of the Speaker’s Cabinet and is actively involved in helping numerous incumbent Members of Congress and candidates raise money.
Mr. Olsen earned a BA from The American University School of International Service in May 1997. Originally from Bergen County, NJ, Mr. Olsen resides in Washington, DC.
